SUE JACKSON Therapist/Writer/Photographer/Activist

Last year, as the unofficial blogger/photographer to the anti-East-West Link campaign, our battles were my blog's entire focus. But by Christmas, with the electoral win for people power and the dumping of the dud Tunnel, I was suddenly at a loss. What to write about now? Not sure yet. But there will be ongoing musings and images from this Australian life. So please leave a message. (No need to sign into an account. 'The Crowded Nest' is launched in Adelaide!

On Thursday 2nd of March, at the Adelaide Narrative and Community Work Festive conference, my second book was launched. This was immediately followed by an interview on Adelaide's 'Drive' program with Grant Cameron, and an interview with the Melbourne Herald Sun and the Brisbane Courier Mail, with both articles to be released very soon.

The book is called 'The Crowded Nest: Surviving the new togetherness', and lifts the lid on life in the 'crowded nest'. As you can imagine, this has been an incredibly exciting time, and nothing beats seeing your book on the shelf in your favourite bookstore. Now, I am looking forward to the Melbourne launch on the Thursday 6th of April.
